I can't tell you how helpful the associate on the phone was. I needed to return the shoes because they were too small (I forgot to factor in my extra-thick winter socks!). She explained the policy of immediately sending me a larger size without putting a second charge on my credit card. All I had to do was return the first pair within 14 days. What an awesome plan! I had my shoes with 2 days instead of having to wait for the original pair to get back to them for an exchange. I love the shoes! They were completely comfortable the very first time I put them on. No "break-in" time whatsoever! They give me excellent support. I do a tremendous amount of walking and my feet feel great at the end of the day. I would recommend this shoe to anyone who walks a lot.
